About Vorrck
This website is operated by Louis Soltys, an independent creator using the name Vorrck. It presents games, development articles and videos, and provides a way to contact the creator. For questions about these terms, email soltyslouis62@gmail.com.
Using the website
These terms apply when you use vorrck.com. Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt to access administration areas without permission, interfere with the service, introduce malicious software, bypass security measures or misuse the contact form.
The public website does not require a visitor account. Administration access and connected social accounts are reserved for authorised editors.
Games and downloads
Game pages describe released games and work in progress. Features, release plans, availability and links may change as development continues. Prototype information does not guarantee a particular release date or final set of features.
Downloads and purchases may take place on external stores such as itch.io or Steam. The terms, prices, refund rules and licences shown by that store and the relevant game apply to those transactions. These website terms do not replace a game’s licence or grant ownership of its content.
Content and intellectual property
Game assets, artwork, text, logos and other material belong to Vorrck or their respective rights holders, unless a different licence is stated. Access to the website does not transfer those rights. Do not redistribute game files or reuse protected assets outside the permissions granted by their licence or applicable law.
You may link to the public website. For press material, commercial use or other permissions, contact Vorrck. Third-party brands and reference images remain the property of their respective owners.
YouTube, TikTok and external services
The website uses YouTube API Services to display public videos from Vorrck’s channel. By using the YouTube features on this website, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of personal data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The TikTok integration is intended to display public videos from a creator account that has authorised access. Availability depends on TikTok’s approval, account authorisation and API availability. It does not give visitors access to private TikTok information or permission to publish on someone else’s account.
Video cards open the original publication on YouTube or TikTok in a new tab. External platforms control their own content and services. When you open an external link, that provider’s terms and privacy practices apply. Videos may become unavailable if their owner removes them or changes their visibility.
Messages and local progress
When you contact Vorrck, provide information you are entitled to share. Your message is used to handle your enquiry; submitting it does not make it public or transfer ownership of your work. Do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive personal documents through the contact form.
Sidequest progress and XP are optional browser features. They have no monetary value and do not create an entitlement to a prize. Progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you clear browser storage, change device or use a private session.
Availability and responsibility
Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate and the website available. Maintenance, technical problems and third-party outages may interrupt access. If you notice an error or a broken link, please report it.
Responsibility for the website and any dispute is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. The website does not require you to waive those rights.
